The Mirage Hotel

Booking your room at the Mirage and through the site helps ACOP reach its room minimum, required for securing the conference meeting space at minimal cost.

Now, through July 31, 2014, room rates are $145 (reduced from $179) per night plus $20 resort fee (reduced from $28) plus 12% sales tax. Room rates will be honored 3 days before and after the ACoP conference dates, based on availability.  If you have already reserved your room, you will receive the new discounted rate.

The resort fee includes the following:

- In-room internet access
- Unlimited local and toll free telephone calls
- Cardio center admission
- Daily newspaper at Impulse and Bell Desk
- Unlimited notary
- Unlimited incoming fax
- Maximum of 20 outgoing fax services & airline boarding pass printing at The Mirage Business Service Center


To reserve your hotel room online:

1. Go to the Mirage ACoP reservation page: Click Here
2. Select the dates, number of rooms, and how many guests will be in each room. The dates for which the conference rate applies are October 9th-16th, 2014. 
3. Enter the requested information. Please make sure if you are sharing a room with other ACoP participants to enter the guest information as well, as the hotel is keeping a rooming list for us. 
4. Click BOOK, to finalize your reservation. 
5. You will receive a confirmation by email. 
6. To make changes or cancel your reservation, you will use the same reservation page above, or there is a link in the hotel confirmation email.
